Necar Zadegan is an German actor who was born on the 20th of July 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship and later acquired American citizenship. Necar gained fame for her role in the show after she was awarded the part of the first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 television action show. The actress's career began in 2005 when she won the role of the sales associate on one TV episode. In 2007, she won her first role as Kerime as Kerime in The Touch. Her next film was In Another Life (2008) in which she played Mira. The actress was featured in just one episode of both Lost and The Shield TV series in 2008. Then she played Caroline in two episodes of The Floored and Lifted TV series in 2009.
