Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy, born 25th November 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian actress and musician that was acknowledged for her contributions to American television. The most famous of her works are her stunning appearances on American TV programs like Law & Order (where she impressed viewers over three seasons in the role of prosecutor Claire Kincaid) and Crossing Jordan (where she played the lead character Jordan Cavanaugh). Hennessy has also showcased her talents in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also created and directed these movies. Hennessy began her acting career as an actor in Dead Ringers with her sister. Her Broadway debut came in Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story. Later, in RoboCop 3 in 1993 she appeared as Dr. Marie Lazarus. She got her big break at the end of 1993 in the form of a role as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Three seasons of her character was well-loved by the public. She left in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker appeared in series and films such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels In America and RED Fried Tomatoes for which she won the Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker was also awarded an Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her performance as Proof on Broadway.
